Unacceptable practices include but are not limited to: drug dealing; attempting without authorisation to access a computer system; pirating, violating copyright law, gambling; schemes to defraud; obscene material; sending a message or having content that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person; threatening bodily harm or damage to individuals or groups; violating International Export restrictions; stalking; or violating other state or federal law.

We reserve the right to check system files, email, and other data on our servers for illegal content and materials, or for any other reasons deemed necessary.

Note that running processes or programs on our servers without authorization will result in immediate account termination. Such programs include running IRC servers and clients, Chat rooms, IRC bots, or any other services not approved for use.

Spamming - Email services provided by Gossimer Network must be used strictly for personal purposes and not for unwanted advertisements (SPAM). Any accounts found sending mass emails to unwilling recipients as well as any other form of advertised spamming (i.e.: mail spam, Usenet spam, pop-up spam, selling/buying spamware, etc.) will have their accounts terminated. Gossimer Network reserves the right to determine any acts as SPAM or not.
